Mission Statement
Holistic Empowerment of Women Through Art & Creativity
Description
IWIN: Iranian Women in Networking with the mission statement of Holistic Empowerment of Women Through Art & Creativity Current project that we launched earlier this year is called WOMAN LIFE FREEDOM Quilt. Our recent exhibit of Woman Life Freedom Quilt at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco was a resounding success. Our vision in support of this project extends beyond the cause of supporting the women of Iran to encompass the struggles of women worldwide who face discrimination. Therefore we are going to continue engaging communities and encouraging them to share their stories through art and quilts. Additionally, we will be participating in various exhibits with a mini version of our quilts. This allows us to reach wider audiences and raise awareness about the issues faced by women and the importance of their voices. These exhibits serve as a powerful reminder of the resilience and strength of women from Iran to the USA and beyond.
