Job Description:

The Visual and Audio Production Manager oversees the production and delivery of high-quality

visual and audio content for events, broadcasts, and multimedia projects. This role involves

managing production teams, coordinating equipment and logistics, and ensuring that each project

aligns with creative and technical standards. The successful candidate will have a strong

understanding of visual and audio production, project management skills, and the ability to work

in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project objectives,

budgets, and timelines.

Manage the setup and operation of visual and audio equipment, such as cameras, lighting,

sound systems, and editing software.

Lead and supervise a team of production staff, including camera operators, audio engineers,

and editors.

Review and approve visual and audio content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with

project specifications.

Manage real-time production aspects during live events, including transitions, timing, and

troubleshooting.

Develop and manage production budgets, tracking expenses to ensure efficient use of

resources.

Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and safety regulations in all production

activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual and audio production management, preferably in

event production or broadcast media.

Proficiency with industry-standard production equipment and software, such as Adobe

Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Avid.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with experience managing complex

projects and tight schedules.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and

directing team members.

Quick-thinking with the capacity to handle unexpected challenges during live or recorded

events.
