Job Description:
The Visual and Audio Production Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of
high-quality visual and audio content for events, broadcasts, and multimedia projects. This role
requires expertise in managing production teams, equipment, and timelines to ensure seamless
and impactful productions that align with creative vision and technical standards.

Time Commitment: Flexible Hours
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with creative directors, event organizers, and clients to define project objectives,
budget, and timelines.
Manage the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of visual and audio equipment, including
cameras, lighting, sound systems, and editing software.
Lead a team of visual and audio technicians, camera operators, sound engineers, and editors
throughout the production process.
Review all visual and audio content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with project
specifications.
Oversee live or recorded productions, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate timing, and
high production values.
Develop and manage production budgets, track expenses, and make cost-effective decisions
to maximize production quality within budget constraints.
Ensure all productions comply with copyright, licensing, and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Film, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in visual and audio production management, preferably in events,
broadcast, or multimedia.
Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and software, such as Avid, Adobe Premiere,
Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, especially during live events.
