Recruiting Organization: Her Nexx Chapter

Her Nexx Chapter (HNC) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides an immersive virtual platform consisting of programs that connect, mentor and nurture women through their journey in life by providing access to certified life coaches, mentors and subject matter experts.

Her Nexx Chapter is a recipient of a Google Grant and is looking for an experienced Certified Google Partner. For this position- AD SEARCH CERTIFICATION is not acceptable;as we are only looking for verifiable Google Partners only. This individual will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and managing all Google AdWords campaigns,while also ensuring Her Nexx Chapter’s non-profit Google AdWords campaign is grounded in targeting relevant data.

Requirements:

Knowledgeable with limitations of Google grant bidding

Experience in Google ADWords campaigns

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research - ensuring ads are targeting the right searches for the most qualified visitors. Understanding and targeting the right keywords that are unique to our organization to maximize our Google Grant.

Relevant Ad Copy - able to capture the user’s attention is key in getting conversions into donors, sponsors or members.

Split Testing Ads - ongoing testing to ensure maximum performance of Google AdWords campaigns and making necessary adjustments as you and the organization see fit.

Ongoing Research & Optimization - ongoing research and optimization to Google AdWords campaigns to ensure best performance in leveraging all other elements of AdWords to gain the most traction from campaigns

Weekly Detailed Reporting - assess performance, growth and effectiveness of campaigns individually and as a whole to gain members, acquire more supporters, capitalize on our existing content and build awareness about our brand and services.
