Role Overview

As our Digital Advertising Specialist, you will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase Creshendo’s visibility and engagement. This remote role provides an opportunity to contribute your expertise to a global cause while gaining valuable nonprofit experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns that align with Creshendo’s goals and target audiences.
• Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates, conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to maximize ad reach and relevance.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure ads align with Creshendo’s overall messaging and outreach strategy.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates:

• Proven experience with Google Ads and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting.
• Experience with nonprofit advertising campaigns is a plus.
• Availability to dedicate at least 5 hours per week.
