Role Overview

As a Donor Relations Specialist, you will cultivate and nurture relationships with individual and institutional donors, helping to ensure they feel connected to and valued by Creshendo. This remote, flexible role will be instrumental in strengthening donor loyalty and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors through regular updates, personalized communications, and meaningful engagement.
• Communication: Develop and send tailored thank-you notes, updates, and impact reports to convey appreciation and keep donors informed.
• Event Support: Assist with virtual and in-person fundraising events by coordinating donor outreach and providing support during events as needed.
• Database Management: Track donor interactions and ensure accurate records in Creshendo’s donor database.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from donors to understand their interests and motivations, helping to inform future engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates:

• Experience in donor relations, customer service, or communications.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and friendly approach.
• Familiarity with CRM or donor management software is a plus.
• Availability to dedicate at least 5 hours per week.
