Role Overview

In this role, you will identify and cultivate partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community groups that align with Creshendo’s mission, helping to build lasting collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Research: Identify potential partners, including nonprofits, corporations, and community groups aligned with Creshendo’s goals.

  • Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective partners, communicate our mission, and explore areas of collaboration.

  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with new and existing partners to build long-term support for our programs.

  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with program leaders and the fundraising team to identify partnership needs and opportunities.

  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of partnership activities and support progress tracking.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive and well-organized, with experience in outreach and relationship building.

  • Basic understanding of nonprofit partnership development.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Commitment of at least 5 hours per week.
