RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the strategic pipeline of 3D and video production deliverables

• Manage a team of 3D Artists and Video Editors to effectively delegate tasks

• Cross-collaborate with Design and Development Leads to ensure 3D assets meet project requirements and optimize project direction

• Conduct presentations and facilitate weekly standup meetings to monitor progress

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, rigging, and animating

• Experience in leading a team and video editing is preferred

• Proficiency and access to programs such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Maxon, CrazyTalk, Unreal engine, Unity or other equivalent 3D rendering and rigging software

• Demonstrated portfolio of 3D and video projects

• Ability to take initiative and stay up to date with industry trends
