Description
In 2020, tragedy struck when Lisa Colston’s son suffered severe injuries in a dirt bike accident. Driven by unwavering faith, Lisa dedicated herself to saving his life, spending 11 months by his side in the hospital and providing daily physical and mental therapy. Her son endured brain bleeding, swelling, and organ failure, with only a 20% chance of survival. Despite doctors’ predictions of permanent impairments, Lisa found her purpose: helping others facing similar challenges.
Over the past two years, Lisa has personally financed her efforts, offering support to families in need, as she deeply understands the helplessness parents feel. Her kindness extends beyond comfort, as she provides essential rehabilitation equipment and resources. Inspired by her story, supporters worldwide have rallied to her cause, contributing time, money, and expertise to her mission.
Lisa’s journey has built a trusted social platform, fostering a community dedicated to accessible specialized training. Her vision is to make specialized support and training available to trauma survivors at little or no cost. Lisa’s determination has already inspired others, and with her spirit and a global network, she’s set to make rehabilitation accessible to all, ensuring no survivor is left behind.
