Celebrate the holiday season by joining our FIFTH ANNUAL HOLIDAY TOY GIVEAWAY as a valued volunteer! We need dedicated individuals to help set up, support event activities, keep children entertained, and assist with the event clean-up. Together, we’ll bring joy and community spirit to families and children in need.

Volunteer Roles

Set-Up Crew: Time: 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Assist with setting up holiday decorations, organizing toys for display, and preparing the venue for our guests.

Help facilitate in-person toy donations from

Perks: Lunch is provided, and you’ll be an essential part of creating a warm, festive atmosphere!

Event Support Volunteers (Inside & Outside): Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Assist with the toy giveaway, helping kids pick out toys and making sure each child has a joyful experience.

Outside: Keep children entertained while they wait with activities like giant Jenga, hot cocoa distribution, and games. Share information about our music program and pass out small prizes to keep the holiday spirit high.

Perks: Enjoy a lively role bringing smiles to children and families, with plenty of holiday cheer!

Clean-Up Crew: Time: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Help take down decorations, pack up items carefully, load them into vehicles, and ensure the venue is clean and organized after the event.
