Are you compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference in the lives of others? White Rose Hospice is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team and bring comfort, companionship, and warmth to patients and their families during life’s most challenging moments. Our volunteers are integral to fulfilling our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care.
What You’ll Do as a Volunteer:
Spend quality time with patients - talking, listening, reading, or just being present. Offer companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation. Provide support to family members and caregivers. Assist with light activities to bring comfort and joy to patients.
What We’re Looking For:
Volunteers with a heart for service and the ability to commit to regular visits. Dependable individuals who can provide emotional support and understand the sensitive nature of hospice care.
No prior experience is required - WE WILL TRAIN YOU! You only need a willingness to make a difference and bring kindness and comfort.
