GLOSS wants to be intentional and timely in acknowledging certain hallmarks in the lives of its members, volunteers and key supporters. The Hallmark Volunteer will take the lead in ensuring that goal is met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pray daily for yourself, GLOSS leadership, GLOSS members and GLOSS affairs
- Collaborate with Membership and Volunteer Directors to keep contact database is current
- Ensure that Phase Coaches and Volunteer Leaders are aware of upcoming hallmarks
- Research recognition options (i.e. mail-in cards, e-mail marketing/graphic templates)
- Prepare recognitions with heart, care and creativity
Hallmarks:
- Birthday
- Membership Anniversary
- Volunteer Anniversary
- Others as directed (i.e. graduations, baptisms, salvation, etc.)
Timely deliver hallmark recognitions:
- Group Me (3 Chapters and 1 Volunteer Chat)
- E-mail (Mailchimp)
- Mail (card/postcard and stamp)

Description
GLOSS is a unique, faith-based, lifetime sisterhood for young ladies, ages 5 to 25. We assist young ladies in shining and fluttering as they blossom through the multiple phases of life. Through our 3 signature programs and events, GLOSS girls will gain friendships, community service opportunities, personal development, a deeper love for God and a variety of educational enrichment experiences.
