The Center for Sustainable Journeys in Engineering and Innovation is seeking a dedicated Grant Coordinator Volunteer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is vital in expanding our funding opportunities by connecting with stakeholders and securing grants at local, state, and federal levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential grant opportunities and funding sources.
Prepare and submit grant applications, including required documentation and follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and potential funding partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary project information for grant proposals.
Monitor grant submission timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
Track and report on grant application progress and outcomes.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience in grant writing or coordination, including successful grant submissions.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify suitable funding opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in stakeholder engagement or fundraising is a plus.
Must be based in Phoenix, AZ.
Time Commitment:
5-10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based on project deadlines.
