NourishTheFuture is a student-led non-profit organization with a mission reduce student lunch debt in schoools nation-wide. We are currently looking for high school students to fill our board member positions. Board members are at the highest level in the chain of command and have various responsibilities from communicating with other members of NourishTheFuture to brainstorming and implementing innovative directions for our organization. Description
NourishTheFuture is a nonprofit (501c3) organization committed to solving student lunch debt and alleviating hunger in local communities. As an organization founded by, and for, high school students, we achieve our mission through the support and efforts of students across the nation. This support can be in the form of contributing to existing fundraisers, organizing your own fundraiser, or even starting a chapter in your local community. We offer students a vast array of volunteering opportunities, ranging from in person fundraising to online logistical work. Additionally, we deeply appreciate the importance of giving students a voice and a position to affect real change in their communities, which is why we are committed to providing opportunities for leadership and advancement within NourishTheFuture.
