LandPaths is seeking a Community Garden volunteers! Bayer Farm and Jeff's Baldwin Community Gardens together contain 120 garden plots adopted out to community members, as well as education plots for students to learn about growing food and nutrition. We are seeking volunteers to assist our garden community with planting, weeding, and other garden maintenance tasks as well as community engagement and program management. This opportunity will focus on the following activities:

Assisting with faming tasks, such as planting, wedding, and harvesting.

Program management, including assisting the garden manager with scheduling, leading groups and data tracking.

Community garden support, including assisting the garden manager with gardeners and volunteers.

Eligibility: We are looking for volunteers with an active interest in environmental conservation and farming or gardening. Previous experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Requirements: Dependability and reliability, and availability to work occasional weekends or evenings. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is beneficial but not required.

Schedule: working days are Monday - Saturday between 9:00 and 3:30.

Location: Bayer Farm - 1550 West Ave., Santa Rosa and Jeff's Garden - 3399 Moorland Avenue, Santa Rosa
