AS A MENTEE, YOU ARE TO:

• Establish and communicate clear personal and career goals to your mentor

• Maintain regular contact with your mentor as necessary

• Actively seek advice and take initiative in developing your professional skills and overcoming personal challenges

• Be open to receiving constructive feedback from your mentor to foster continuous improvement
