The Role: Fundraising Manager
As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our fundraising efforts, working closely with the Chief Development Officer to secure the resources necessary to fuel our mission. You will help build and execute comprehensive strategies to cultivate and grow donor relationships, ensuring long-term sustainability for Solution Community’s initiatives.
Conditions:
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: Part-time (volunteer, pro bono role)
- Contribution Requirements: Minimum 10-15 hours a week; minimum 3 months.
What Will You Do?
- Strategize and Mobilize: Assist in crafting and executing innovative fundraising strategies, targeting diverse funding streams, including individual donors, corporations, foundations, and philanthropists.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing donors, ensuring they remain connected to our mission and motivated to contribute.
- Donor Engagement: Organize donor events and activities, providing creative and personalized engagement opportunities that deepen donor involvement and commitment.
- Team Collaboration: Work within the fundraising team, supporting and collaborating with team members to meet collective goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on fundraising activities, providing insights and recommendations to the Chief Development Officer.
- Support Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and drive results.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Fundraising Enthusiasts: You have at least 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven ability to engage donors and secure funding.
- Relationship Builders: Your communication skills are outstanding, and you can develop long-term, meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Goal-Oriented: You have a results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.
- Collaborative Thinkers: You’re a team player, eager to work with colleagues and leadership to enhance our fundraising efforts.
- Creative Strategists: You bring fresh ideas to the table and are excited to innovate and implement effective fundraising strategies.
