It’s a Military Life is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Volunteer to support the Director of Nonprofit Development. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for military families.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing files, templates, forms, and development materials.
-Draft correspondence for the Director and relay information to teams.
-Help manage the marketing team for fundraising, outreach, and promotions.
-Attend monthly team meetings and meet with the Director as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5-10 hours per week, with a 6-month or longer commitment.
-Prior administrative experience or equivalent.
-Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Passion for supporting military families and the It’s a Military Life mission.
