-Analyze campaign performance and optimize for success

What We're Looking For:
-Proven email marketing experience, ideally in nonprofit or cause-driven contexts
-Strong design skills and proficiency in email platforms
-Excellent written communication and attention to detail
-Able to commit 5+ hours/week for at least 6 months
