We are looking for Secretary assistant to fit our team.

The Secretary of our organization plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

1. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate minutes of board meetings and ensure all records are up to date.

2. **Compliance**: Ensure the organization complies with legal requirements and regulations, including filing necessary documents with government agencies.

3. **Communication**: Act as a point of contact between the board, members, and the public, facilitating smooth communication.

4. **Documentation**: Manage important documents such as organizational bylaws, articles of incorporation, and other foundational documents.

5. **Meeting Organization**: Schedule and organize meetings for the board, including notifying members and preparing agendas.

6. **Membership Management**: Oversee the membership records, including new member applications and renewals.

7. **Support for the Board**: Support the board of directors by providing necessary information and reports, assisting in decision-making processes.

8. **Policy Development**: Help in the development and implementation of policies relevant to the organization.

9. **Financial Oversight**: Collaborate with the treasurer to ensure financial documents are accurately prepared and circulated.

10. **Human Resources**: In some cases, handle certain HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and managing volunteer information.

By using their talents, skills, and experience to help people who are in need, including underprivileged youths from low-income families and the first-generation prospective college-students. We have opportunities to teach them with Chinese Mandarin, cuisine, instruments, Mahjong, chess and more.

We are dedicated to charitable purposes and no part of our net income or assets of ours shall ever inure to the benefit of any director, officer, or member thereof or to the benefit of any private person. No substantial part of our activities of us shall consist of carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and we shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.

Vision: we work and do our best to ensure that all members, ourselves, our students, and our volunteers of our culture, environment, and ecosystem can thrive embodying dream, hope, adaptation, connection, integration, and inquiry into what is best for the whole. We tolerate, care, integrate, and celebrate the positive results.

We rely on grassroots donors and charging fees to fund the expenses of liability insurance, location rental expenses, staff hiring compensation, printing promotional materials and other materials and devices, technology and online services, running ads, fundraising campaigns, application, registration, certification, administration fees and more for our Afterschool Program, President’s Volunteer Service Reward Program, Financial Literacy Program, Exploration of Talents Program and more prospectives.
