Become a Party Game Ambassador for Our Annual Christmas Party!

This holiday season, we’re inviting you to be a Party Game Ambassador and help bring joy, laughter, and confidence to the homeless children in our community! As a Party Game Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for hosting a simple, fun game where every child has the chance to win and feel special. Here’s how you can make a magical difference:

Requirements:

  1. Create or Bring a Game: Each Ambassador must make or bring an easy-to-win game that children will love.
  2. Provide Prizes: OPTIONAL: Supply a small, non-candy /non religious prize for up to 100 children. (Don’t worry, we have prizes for a range of winning levels, but your contribution adds a special touch.) If you would like to conduct a drive for a hygiene product or school supply, this is appreciative of the children.
  3. Bring a Friend or Family Member: Groups or families are welcome, but space is limited, so only 2 people per game station, please. One volunteer must be 18 years or older.
  4. Table Setup: Each game will share a 5-6 foot table with another station.
  5. Elf Attire: Dress as a festive elf! We have some accessories if needed, or feel free to bring your own.
  6. Contribute to the Venue: A $100 donation is greatly needed to help cover the cost of the space and ensure this event can reach as many children as possible.
  7. Event Details:
    • Check-in: 4-5 pm
    • Orientation: 5 pm
    • Doors Open: 6 pm
    • Event Ends: 7:30 pm

Why Volunteer? Our annual Christmas party is a cherished event that gives homeless children the chance to feel the warmth and magic of the holidays. For many, this party is their first opportunity to experience a holiday celebration filled with games, gifts, and love. Through your game, you’ll help these children feel empowered as they play, win, and take home a prize. This simple gesture goes a long way in building their confidence and reminding them that they’re valued.

Join us in spreading holiday cheer and creating lasting memories for these incredible children. Your kindness and festive spirit can make this season brighter for those who need it most.

Once you submit a request you will be directed to the official sign up page for the party and provided with the location of the party.

Mission Statement

Mission Statement: "Empowering Hawai'i's homeless children to break the cycle of poverty through education, mentorship, and life-changing experiences." Vision Statement: "A future where every homeless child in Hawai'i has the opportunity to succeed, thrive, and reach their fullest potential."

Description

Project Hawai’i, Inc. is an award-winning, volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to serving over 1,600 homeless children annually across O'ahu, Maui, and the Big Island of Hawai'i. We aim to transform the lives of these children by providing stability through engaging programs such as educational summer camps, holiday events, school support, and life skills training. In addition, we offer monthly outreach services, ensuring children have access to nutritious meals, personal hygiene supplies, and emergency resources.

Since our founding in 2003, we are proud to have helped over 2,000 homeless children break free from the cycle of poverty, empowering them to build stronger, more secure futures for themselves and their families.

With more than 23,000 children in Hawai'i living in substandard and homeless conditions, our mission is to end the cycle of poverty for Hawai'i’s keiki.
