Key Responsibilities:

· Provide a warm welcome to clients as they begin their tax preparation journey, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.

· Assist clients with the intake process by helping them understand and complete the necessary forms.

· Accompany clients throughout the tax preparation process, offering real-time translation services and answering any questions they may have.

· Serve as the liaison between clients and tax preparers, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience.

· Support the tax site team in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere where every client leaves feeling taken care of.

What You Bring:

· Fluency in Spanish, Amharic, Arabic, Farsi, Dari or Pashto

· A friendly, approachable demeanor, and a passion for community service.

· Excellent communication skills and a desire to assist people from diverse backgrounds.

· Patience and the ability to explain forms and processes in a straightforward way.

· A commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
