In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Research, Identity, and Outreach (RIO) team to translate research insights into engaging and impactful campaigns. Your work will focus on reaching local audiences, encouraging positive behaviour change, and building stronger community connections.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of these campaigns, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvements and ensure maximum impact.

The Digital Campaign Associate is a key member of the Research, Identity, and Outreach (RIO) team at Newington Green Alliance (NGA). The RIO team focuses on three main areas:

  1. Research: Conducting studies to build empathy and understanding across social divides, which informs NGA’s initiatives.
  2. Identity Development: Shaping NGA’s public image by crafting a clear, compelling identity that reflects its mission and values.
  3. Outreach and Behaviour Change: Engaging the community through digital campaigns and events that educate, influence behaviours, and encourage positive social change.

  • Creativity and Flexibility - You bring fresh ideas to the table and are adaptable, willing to learn, and grow within the role.

  • Team Player - You enjoy collaborating with others and value working in a diverse, community-focused environment.

  • Attention to Detail - You ensure campaign content is accurate and aligned with the organisation's objectives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Digital Campaigns - Some experience or familiarity with creating or managing digital campaigns (e.g., on social media or web platforms) is beneficial, but enthusiasm to learn is equally valued.

  • Content Creation - Basic writing or design skills to help develop engaging digital content; additional training and support will be provided.

  • Data and Feedback Use - A willingness to learn how to assess campaign success using feedback and basic data analysis to help improve future efforts.

  • Research Application - Ability to apply insights from research is useful, but we welcome those eager to learn this skill as part of the role.

  • Technical Skills - Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Workspace) is helpful, but support is available for those willing to develop these skills.
