- Storytelling Circle: 4 evenings, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Mission Statement
Our mission is to nurture and create advancement opportunities for our Black and Brown Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Community.
Description
Transgender Empowerment Alliance (TEA) facilitates support groups every week. We strive to create a safe space for our LGBTQIA+ community. We encourage allies to attend to show solidarity with our community. Because there are a lack of resources for our Transgender and Nonbinary individuals, we decided to change that. We want to make sure our LGBTQIA+ community with our Primary target, Transgender and Nonbinary community, are equipped with the tools to thrive in society. Just recently we had a mechanic program where client could learn about the basic maintenance of a car. Our end goal is to create transitional housing for our LGBTQIA+ community while also educating our clients about life skills and HIV prevention.
