Bruce Francois Ministries (BFM) is seeking compassionate and skilled Mentor/Coach Volunteers to join and assist BFM's IMPACT Team. In this role, you will support transformative programs such as the "Unleash Your Potential 90-Day Challenge," helping individuals unlock their God-given potential through Christian-based coaching and mentorship. This opportunity is ideal for those with strong facilitation and communication skills, a background in counseling or coaching, and a passion for building impactful relationships within a faith-based community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with facilitating and guiding online group workshops for BFM programs, including the Unleash Your Potential 90-Day Challenge.
  • Assist with providing Christian-based coaching, mentorship, and support to participants, helping them reach their spiritual and personal growth goals.
  • Manage and moderate Zoom meeting rooms, including breakout sessions and webinars, to ensure smooth and engaging online interactions.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with program participants, offering encouragement and guidance in alignment with BFM’s mission.
  • Collaborate with the BFM's IMPACT Team to prepare and adapt workshop content and agendas as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that supports participants' faith journeys and personal development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or Christian-based counseling.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire groups.
  • Experience managing Zoom meetings, webinars, and breakout sessions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A heart for ministry and a commitment to supporting BFM’s mission to advance God’s Kingdom.
  • Ability to commit to scheduled workshop sessions and preparation time as required.
