Bruce Francois Ministries (BFM) is seeking a passionate and creative individual to serve as the Facebook & Instagram Community Engagement Volunteer. In this role, you will manage BFM’s presence on both Facebook and Instagram, engaging with followers, creating impactful content, and promoting our ministry’s events and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong social media management skills and a passion for community building through digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BFM’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, posting regular updates, inspirational content, and announcements about upcoming events.
  • Create and post visually appealing Instagram content, including photos, stories, and reels, and coordinate engaging Facebook posts to reflect BFM’s mission and values.
  • Engage with followers on both platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and encouraging manner.
  • Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with BFM’s goals and mission.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics from both platforms to measure success and optimize future strategies.
  • Host live Facebook events, Instagram stories, and interactive Q&A sessions to build stronger connections with the online community.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts, with a strong understanding of social media engagement strategies and trends.
  • Creativity in creating visually engaging content for Instagram and compelling posts for Facebook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and platforms.
  • Passion for BFM’s mission and a commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom through digital outreach.
