Refreshments support for monthly Speaker Series programs in San Francisco. Coordinator plans and sets up light refreshments at 6:00 p.m., prior to start of 7:00 program and helps return the room to ready when program ends at 8:30 p.m. Budget for food is set level and reimbursed. Total commitment is approximately 5 hours every other month. San Francisco programs are held at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, on the 3rd Thursday of every other month, from January through November(on alternating months).

Founded in 1917, Golden Gate Bird Alliance is one of the oldest wildlife conservation organizations on the West Coast. We have a long history of inspiring and connecting people in the Bay Area with local birds, wildlife and their habitats and today play a critical role in Bay Area wildlife conservation. Golden Gate Bird Alliance has roughly 7,000 members and supporters in San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
