We are seeking compassionate and creative individuals to volunteer as a Craft and/or Activity Planner for our low-income elderly community. These volunteers will design and lead engaging craft activities and other creative initiatives that promote social connection, mental stimulation, and well-being. This role will be crucial in bringing joy and a sense of accomplishment to the elderly participants, helping them to stay connected and active within the community.

Qualifications:
* Passion for working with elderly populations and understanding of the challenges they face.
* Ability to adapt activities based on participants' needs and abilities.
* Previous experience in event planning or working with senior citizens is preferred, but not required.

Description

Helping believers in Christ stay connected to Christ through serving others. One of our focus is to serve the kupuna at a low-income apartment building located in Wahiawa, Oahu. These events are designed to help reach those who are at risk of loneliness and isolation. We plan events that encourage fun, fitness, and socialization.
