REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Volunteers spend an average of 30-60 minutes with clients, one to four times per month depending on the client preference and volunteer availability. Volunteers with the time to visit more than one client will be given the opportunity to do so.
  • Applicants must be able to provide 2 references and submit to a background check. Applicants will also need to complete a physical examination conducted by their doctor. A one day 2–4-hour orientation must be completed with the Volunteer Coordinator.
