We are looking for a volunteer translator to support with translating our student & family facing materials including flyers, workshop slides/presentations, worksheets/handouts, advising templates, and other external student & family communications as needed.

This translator can work virtually and will be given materials to translate on a bi-weekly & monthly basis. They will be asked to return translated materials by specific deadlines.

As a translator, you will be supporting our mission of making education and college more accessible & equitable for all.

Description

Educational Talent Search (ETS), one of the largest programs currently funded by the U.S. Department of Education under the Federal TRIO programs, joined UC Berkeley in 1997. With an annual budget of $723,369K, ETS serves three comprehensive high schools in the Oakland Unified School District, three high schools and four middle schools in the West Contra Costa Unified School District.
