Are you an experienced social worker, therapist, teacher, healthcare professional, or experienced facilitator who is passionate about helping others connect and grow? The Narrative Method ("TNM") invites you to apply for our Facilitator Training Program.

Why: As a TNM Facilitator, you will be part of a diverse, positive community that empowers individuals to share their stories, express their creativity, and connect deeply with others in a safe and supportive environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide participants through transformative experiences that enhance empathy, self-awareness, and human connection.

Who: TNM's mission is to bring together diverse individuals in safe spaces where they can let go of their self-consciousness and use their stories, creativity and humanity to connect more deeply to themselves and each other.

What to Expect:

A comprehensive training program designed for qualified professionals. The qualifications of an applicant shall be determined at TNM's sole discretion.

The chance to offer your talents to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a 12-year history of providing free writing and conversation salons to diverse groups nationwide.

An opportunity to help individuals from all walks of life let go of self-consciousness, create freely, and connect meaningfully.

A supportive and inclusive environment where participants share their work and stories without fear of judgment or criticism.

Program Start Date: mid-October, 2024
