We're assembling a committee to plan the first-ever San Francisco Bay Area INSPIRE Awards, benefiting Science from Scientists, a 501c3 non-profit organization bringing hands-on science lessons to schools presented by real-life scientists. Our programs are run in schools from San Francisco to San Jose and we'd love for the planning committee members to represent all corners of the Bay Area.

Our Director of California Operations has planned similar events in the past with other organizations and will be a working member of the committee as well, so all levels of experience planning fundraisers are welcome to join. Bring your skills to help us raise funds to bring science to the kids in our local schools, whether your strengths are in admin, operations, sales, recruiting, event planning or you just have a passion for science or education.

Committee meetings will be a combination of in-person and remote, depending on the committee members' preferences. Learn more about Science from Scientists at: www.sciencefromscientists.org
