About Us:

At Luminos Hospice, our Light the Way program is about more than just end-of-life care. It’s about celebrating life, preserving memories, and supporting patients, families, and our community in meaningful ways. We are seeking compassionate, dedicated volunteers to join us in making a difference.

How to Help: Join our 'Life Story Project’ Team

Help preserve the legacies of our patients by participating in meaningful conversations about their lives. As a Life Story Project volunteer, you'll sit down with patients to listen, capture their stories, and help create a lasting memoir for their loved ones. If you're comfortable building relationships and engaging in heartfelt conversations, this is a powerful way to make a lasting impact.

How to Help: Lend your craftsmanship to the 'Legacy Keepsake’ Program

Are you skilled with a needle and thread? Our Legacy Keepsake program needs volunteers who can sew pillowcases, blankets, or other comforting keepsakes for our patients and their families. These handcrafted items bring joy and comfort during a very important time. If you enjoy working with your hands and want to share your skills, we’d love your help in creating these meaningful gifts.
