Our mission is to support mental health, self-love, and suicide prevention through community initiatives.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified pro bono lawyer to provide legal assistance and guidance to our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit law, contracts, and compliance, helping us navigate legal questions and ensuring our operations align with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on nonprofit governance, compliance, and best practices.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
Assist with any legal inquiries related to our programs and initiatives.
Support the organization in understanding and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
Experience in nonprofit law or relevant areas is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
