Good Office Skills are a must for this position. Volunteers at our front desk provide the first impression of our organization. These amazing volunteers answer our front door, direct visitors, process mail, do an assortment of projects for our programs including assembling training binders, folding, sealing and stamping outgoing mail, recieving donations. Staff look forward to seeing these helpful and encouraging volunteers!

Mission Statement

Community Health Napa Valley is a leading center in community-based care delivery and resources in the North Bay for those facing the transitions of aging, chronic illness, or the end of life.

Description

Beginning as a non-profit hospice over 40 years ago, we have added programs to serve the needs of the aging population in our community. Programs include an award winning Adult Day Health Program featuring a person centered care philosophy. This program offers a unique approach to treating those with Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia. Our newest program, PACE , is an all inclusive health care program for medi-cal recipients, which provides assistance to low income chronically ill adults who live safely in their homes.

We continue to provide expert professional care, support, and education to our community as we have over the last four decades.

Our award-winning programs are created to respond to the current needs of our community, and additional programs are designed with a look towards the future needs of our aging population.
