Purpose

Our Strategic Planning Task Force will guide the organization in defining clear goals, setting priorities, and developing actionable plans that drive long-term success. By analyzing current trends, resources, and challenges, the task force works to align the organization's mission with its operations, ensuring that all efforts are focused on sustainable growth and impactful outcomes. By working together to understand the challenges we face and the opportunities ahead, the task force creates a plan that helps us grow, stay adaptable, and make the best use of our resources.

Commitment: 5-10 hours per month, depending on the scope of planning initiatives for 6 months

Outcome: A clear strategic roadmap with defined goals and measurable outcomes to guide the program's development.
