The HR Student Outreach Leader is responsible for engaging and recruiting highschool students to participate in the organization’s volunteer and internship programs.

This role focuses on building relationships with schools, universities, and student organizations to promote opportunities.

Key responsibilities include organizing outreach events, delivering presentations, and managing communication strategies to attract student volunteers. The HR Student Outreach Leader also collaborates with internal teams to ensure students receive proper onboarding, training, and mentorship, while tracking participation and fostering long-term engagement. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are vital for this role.

Description

We train differently abled youth in vocational skills based on their interests and abilities. From our humble beginnings in 2012 with one training program, we
now offer multiple streams of vocational training programs and job placement services to differently abled youth.
