Position Overview:

The Program Meeting Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and leading meetings for Pathway to Recovery’s various support and educational programs. This role involves creating a structured yet engaging environment, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that all participants feel comfortable sharing and contributing to the meeting topics. The facilitator will work closely with program leaders to plan and implement session agendas and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate regular meetings for Pathway to Recovery programs, ensuring smooth and organized sessions.
  • Develop meeting agendas in collaboration with program leaders and distribute them to participants in advance.
  • Encourage participation, manage group dynamics, and ensure respectful communication among participants.
  • Monitor time and ensure meetings stay on track.
  • Record key points and action items, sharing follow-up notes with program leaders.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants, fostering a positive and supportive meeting environment.
  • Address any conflicts or issues that arise in a respectful and solution-focused manner.
