HopeRISE Alabama is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing strategies for donor outreach, managing donation drives, and organizing both virtual and in-person fundraising events. Your work will be vital in securing the funding necessary to support our programs aimed at helping expecting and parenting teens seek higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract and retain donors
  • Manage donation drives, including planning, promotion, and tracking donations
  • Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person fundraising events
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Volunteer Coordinator to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to commit at least 5 hours per week for a minimum of one year
  • Proficiency in managing virtual events and digital fundraising platforms is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Two professional references
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the Executive Director and Volunteer Coordinator
