Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and train salesforce software and account
- Provides training and user support ticket assistance to internal and external users for Salesforce and other business systems
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
- Works closely with other stakeholders, departments, and external vendors to support business objectives and projects
- Monitors and maintains data and provides reports and visualization dashboards as needed
- Manages user licenses including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
- Assists with identifying gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
- Monitors user adoption
Core Duties Include:
- Core responsibilities include supporting users, managing data, maintaining security standards, and delivering actionable analytics.
- Creating user manuals
- Troubleshoot and escalate system errors
- Provide ad-hoc reports
- Work with 3rd party vendors to identify their capability and evaluate the performance
- Manage the project with vendors for contract, SOW, and executions
