We envision a world where every child feels safe, valued, heard, and respected. If you do, too, read on!

  1. Do you think the world would be a better place if each person was accepted, validated, and supported in being a unique individual, finding their path, and discovering what they're meant to do with their life?
  2. Do you believe that kids and teens should remain true to themselves - even under pressure from peers to change - so they can rise to their full potential?
  3. Do you think those who are targets of bullying can do something to improve their situation?
  4. Do you have personal experience with being bullied and want to share how you overcame it to bring hope to others and make sure they know they're not alone?
  5. Do you think social media can be used for good?

If you answered YES to even 1 of the above questions, we're looking for you!

We need content creators for all of our social media accounts who want to help those who might be feeling alone, "weird", ridiculed, or excluded by their peers. Help us bring them hope, encouragement, inspiration, and confirmation that they're exactly who they're supposed to be.

We're active on the following platforms:

  1. Discord (community for ages 11-19 only)
  2. Facebook
  3. Instagram
  4. TikTok
  5. Twitter/X
  6. YouTube

Qualifications:

  • Desire to improve the lives of kids and teens
  • Passion for making the world a more positive place
  • Access to software or other tools that you can use to make high quality content
  • Experience with the social media platform you're creating for, including knowledge about:
    • Post/video size and orientation
    • Space on screen where text can be added (i.e. not blocked by logo, description, etc.)
    • What makes a compelling description
    • Whether or not hashtags should be used
  • Understanding each platform's algorithm is a plus
  • Experience with growing followers and generating engagement is a big plus!

We want to become the place kids and teens come to feel good about themselves, engage in age-appropriate conversations about the challenges of growing up, and ask questions/learn from those who went through difficult times, rose above it, and are living their best lives.

2. Videos and scripts of our programs, available to rent and license on our website;
3. Free Online Resources: Resource videos and positive, empowering social media presence to (a) provide tools & strategies to kids and teens no matter where they live and (b) make sure no one feel alone in what they’re experiencing;
4. Support community on Discord where ages 11-19 can share their experiences and learn from each other about all topics related to being true to yourself and overcoming challenges related to that;
5. Bullying Resilience Coaching services for kids, teens, and parents, including peer support and mentoring;

All of our content, programs, and services are solution focused: providing a wide variety of tools and strategies that young people can use right away to find their voice, overcome bullying, build their resilience, and be part of the solution.

Since 2015, we've worked with 11,500+ students and 700+ teachers through our on-campus programs in Southern California, helping to reduce bullying incidents, foster empathy, and create more inclusive school environments.

We envision a world where every child feels safe, valued, heard, and respected. Whether you volunteer, donate, or spread the word, your support moves us closer to that world.
