I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation is a heartfelt haven founded in 2012 by the visionary Chief Executive Officer, Shanequa Moore. Role:
Art Innovator: Create and deliver exciting lesson plans that dive into the world of 3D art. Teach students how to sculpt, model, texture, and master digital 3D design like a pro!
Hands-On Explorer: Lead interactive sessions where students get their hands dirty with clay, experiment with digital sculpting tools (think Blender and ZBrush), and even bring their creations to life with 3D printing. It’s art you can touch and see!
Design Guru: Share your expertise on the principles of 3D design-spatial awareness, form, and texture. Help students transform these concepts into amazing artwork that pops off the screen!
Creative Playground: Build a positive and inclusive space where students feel inspired to try new materials and techniques. Encourage them to experiment, collaborate, and let their imaginations run wild!
Progress Partner: Track student progress and give them feedback that fuels their creativity and technical growth. Celebrate their breakthroughs and guide them toward artistic excellence.
Showcase Specialist: Help students develop individual and group 3D art projects, culminating in a spectacular final showcase or exhibition where their hard work takes center stage!
Parent Liaison: Keep parents or guardians in the loop about their child's progress, class activities, and any materials or equipment needed. Make their journey through 3D art exciting and engaging!
Team Player: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate 3D art projects into broader educational experiences. Support students' overall artistic development and growth.
Organizational Pro: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments, ensuring a smooth and well-managed 3D art program.
Qualifications:
3D Art Enthusiast: Experience in 3D art with skills in sculpting, modeling, and digital design tools. Show off your proficiency and inspire students with your expertise!
Art Education Expert: Certification or coursework in art, design, or a related field is preferred. Your formal training will add depth to your teaching.
Student-Friendly: Experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus. Your ability to connect with young artists will make their learning experience unforgettable.
Teaching Passion: A love for teaching and a drive to help students explore and hone their 3D art skills. Inspire them to create their best work!
Creative Visionary: Design engaging art projects and activities that capture current trends and techniques in 3D art. Keep lessons fresh and exciting!
Supportive Mentor: Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and motivating environment. Help every student flourish in their artistic journey.

Mission Statement
I’RAISE Boys & Girls International Corporation is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization in New York City founded in 2012. We have been providing free tutoring, mentoring and coaching services, virtual performance classes, college preparation program, nutrition workshops, and parent education program. As a minority led non-profit organization with leaders that are women of colors, we feel so much pride and we are so proud being able to provide beneficial resources to the children in under-resourced areas in New York City in-person and multiple-states virtually. And we have been successful in providing these services because of our volunteers. Come volunteer with us as we strive to make positive changes in children's life and be a safe haven that they can rely on!
