Volunteer Coordinator Position Available

Are you passionate about community engagement and organization? Do you enjoy connecting people to meaningful opportunities? We’re looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team!

Position Overview:

The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of volunteer recruitment and coordination for our events throughout the year. This includes creating and sending out sign-up pages, reaching out to new and existing volunteers, and working closely with our other volunteers to ensure all roles are filled.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and distribute sign-up pages for various events and activities.

* Engage in community outreach to find and attract more volunteers.

* Utilize volunteer-seeking websites to recruit new volunteers for a variety of roles.

* Collaborate with the History Committee to identify and fill volunteer positions.

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Experience in volunteer management or a similar role is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Familiarity with volunteer recruitment platforms is a plus.
