We are looking for an enthusiastic AV Volunteer to assist with the technical setup and management of presentations for our annual fundraising event. This is a fantastic way to contribute to a meaningful cause while using your experience in technology. And it's a great opportunity to hone your technical skills, meet new people, and support a worthwhile cause. We are offeering a $300 dollar stipend for this volunteer position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring your own laptop to facilitate the presentation setup.
  • Ensure that PowerPoint presentations are displayed correctly on a large screen.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the event.
  • Switch between presentations at appropriate times, as outlined in the provided run of show.

Who We Are

CORA is the only agency in San Mateo County with the sole purpose of serving victims/survivors of domestic violence/abuse. We are a multicultural agency committed to serving victims/survivors, regardless of age, ethnicity/race, financial status, language, sexual orientation, immigration status, class, religion, gender, mental or physical ability.

We provide free and confidential emergency, intervention and prevention services, including the county's only emergency shelter and transitional housing for victims/survivors and services in Spanish and English.
