Description

Our Program
Our program is an Interdisciplinary Sphere. Gymnastics (recreational, preschool, sensory needs, tumbling, and competitive team) is at its core, while sub divisions of Acting, Dance, Writing, Art, and Music all stem from it.

Our History
Our history is a trial by fire with a continuing fight for survival. Only six months after opening, the building of which we rented was sold out from under us. Forced to haul thousands of pounds of equipment into storage, we went on hiatus for nearly three months. However, our competitive gymnasts refused to give up, and we in turn kept our promise to them, finding a new location in the nick of time to give them at least a partial season. Now, a year later, we’re heading into a second season stronger than ever.

Our Goals
Our goals are to change the philosophy of gymnastics, with coaching that respects the individual, and quality instruction that’s affordable and inclusive, in a sport often seen as only for the wealthy. To be the first true place "Where Athleticism Meets The Arts", nurturing the health of both body and mind.
