The best seat in the house! Our Rest Stops are our mini tailgates on route, a spot to take a breather and soak up the shade and the shared community. Anything provided to riders is also provided to volunteers. Our rest stop themes for this year are movies! First volunteer(s) that sign up get to pick which movie they want to decorate for :-) The following are examples of what rest stop volunteers will be doing: Set up and Tear down: EZ Tent, tables, chairs Set out premade box lunches and water for the riders. Cheer the riders on - Ring bells, make signs, and cheer our walkers on from the sidelines Green Team- Help us keep the park clean

The South Central Region, headquartered in Houston, TX is made up of five states: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.
Seeking out and engaging volunteers to join the movement is at the very core of our organization.
We engage volunteers at every level. Join an event committee, volunteer at a walk or bike event, advocate at the capitol, volunteer at our office, no matter how you choose to contribute, you are doing something about MS now!
The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.
We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their time and talent to help stop MS!
