We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our volunteer program, recruiting and training volunteers, and ensuring a positive experience for our volunteers. Responsibilities:

• Manage our volunteer program, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities and events
• Communicate with volunteers and staff to ensure a positive experience
• Develop and implement volunteer training programs
• Track and report volunteer hours and impact
• Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer culture
• Collaborate with our team to integrate volunteers into our programs and events

Requirements:

• Experience in volunteer management or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of volunteer management software (e.g. VolunteerMatch.org, Excel)
• Passion for our mission and values
