The Social Media Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing graphics, creating engaging layouts, and ensuring that all social media posts align with the organization’s mission and branding. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact, with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of current social media trends.

• Graphic Design:

  • Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, and layouts for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Develop templates for recurring content categories (e.g., educational posts, event announcements, success stories).
  • Design custom illustrations and icons to enhance visual storytelling.

• Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to Precious Pairs' branding guidelines, including colors, fonts, and visual elements.
  • Implement the brand's tone and style across all social media visuals.

• Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the content team to translate written posts into engaging visual content.
  • Design post formats for various themes, including awareness campaigns, program updates, and volunteer highlights.
  • Optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring the correct dimensions and high-quality visuals.

• Visual Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development of a cohesive visual strategy for social media campaigns.
  • Assist in brainstorming new concepts and visual ideas to increase engagement and reach.

• Video and Story Design (Optional):

  • Create animated graphics and short videos for Instagram Stories, Reels, and Facebook posts.
  • Edit short clips and add text overlays to ensure brand messaging is clear and effective.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to align designs with campaign goals.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss upcoming projects and share design ideas.
