Project Management Administrator Volunteer Role Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our Curriculum Department as a Project Management Administrator Volunteer. Working under the Curriculum Director, the Project Management Administrator Volunteer is responsible for transforming educational ideas into successful programs. As a Project Management Administrator Volunteer, you will be expected to plan, allocate project resources, and monitor progress from inception to completion.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help build and manage programs that directly impact the lives of at-risk youth.
A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, with 6 months preferred, and involves 5 to 10 hours of work per week.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycles by setting standards and managing risks.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external resources to improve programs.
- Monitor and allocate resources to improve project efficiency.
- Update the Curriculum Director on project outcomes and risks.
- Ensure quality control during project development.
Required Skills/Abilities

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education and Experience
- Degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Project Management Professional Certification (desired).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Google Workspace (desired).
