Position Summary:

The Program Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing activities for SafeWater Initiative’s programs. This role will focus on raising awareness, engaging communities, and supporting the organization’s mission to promote clean water access and water safety. The Program Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the program and communications teams to create impactful campaigns that highlight ongoing projects, success stories, and the importance of water safety education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support SafeWater Initiative’s programs and campaigns.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to increase engagement and program visibility.
    • Set clear marketing objectives and metrics for measuring success.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Create compelling content including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate the production of graphics, videos, and infographics for various platforms.
    • Ensure that all content aligns with SafeWater’s brand guidelines and mission.
  • Campaign Execution:

    • Plan and execute awareness, fundraising, and educational campaigns.
    • Manage social media accounts, website content, and email marketing.
    • Collaborate with external partners and local communities to amplify campaign reach.
  • Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, volunteers, and donors to support program marketing goals.
    • Represent SafeWater Initiative at community events, workshops, and partner meetings.
    • Regularly communicate program impact and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare reports on marketing activities, social media engagement, and campaign results.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
